Kid Tent

You can make a very fun, sightseeing swimming learning adventure on the California Coast with your children helping them to learn about many things while using their own kids camping gear.  The best vacations are interesting and very educational.  California is known for its many facets; from the Redwood Forest which is so historical and infathomable in the way it swallows you up when you are surrounded by giants; to San Francisco and its famous streets and bridges, to Hollywood and its famous coastline.  There is nothing more blue and beautiful than the Pacific Ocean and the way it just stretches forever touching the sky to the water.  You can show this beauty and magic to your kids without having to spend so much money giving them pleasure of their own using their own kids camping gear they will enjoy and learn from their trip more.

Their kids camping gear can be packed with things for them to use to explore for example: they can take along a kids backpack filled with no spill containers to collect seashells, different types of sand, insects, rocks and other things that they find of interest to them.  Encourage them to find as many of the above mentioned things as possible.  Ask them to categorize them or separate them by colors and authenticity or ask them which one is their favorite. You can ask them to tell you what kind of animal lived in those shells.  You can buy them ahead of time, a kids nature view finder which can be used to find small things or observe rocks or insects under the view finder and they can see things close up.  This will be so much fun for them.

You can campout along the way and you can help them set up their own kids tent right on the beach if its is allowed if not you can find a good camping spot with the sound of the ocean close to you.  Their own kids tent will give them a feeling of importance and a little feel of independence.  At night they can use their kids lantern for finding night creatures and exploring with you. 

If you are ready for adventure you can sleep out under the stars with them using your air mattress and them in their own kids air mattress so you all are not sleeping right on the sand, because the sand can be irritating for you. They will be an endless source of energy in investigating everything.  

When you step out on gigantic rocks over the ocean floor watching and feeling the waves splash against them you can show your children the many types of creatures that come out of the water on top of the rocks.  You have to be careful not to be in a dangerous place where they can get knocked over by the strong waves, but with their exploring kids camping gear they will enjoy finding the different sea creatures and they will learn more about ocean life.  You might even catch a sight of whales or dolphins if it is in the time of the year that they come closer to the shoreline.

Kids are an open book and whatever you write in their book is a chapter in their life with a well prepared trip on the California Pacific Coastline and their own kids camping gear they will have a collection of interesting things that will help them to have a wide range of knowledge that will go with them for life.
